THIS is a version I’ve never seen before!…..
I honestly don’t recall why I unsubbed….
….probably in one of those moods I’d get into when my list went waaaaaaay longer than I thought it shouldm], when I was a Xanga newbie….
But now I’m baaaaaaaaack!
LOL! Ok, mahalo & WB!
Incidentally, if I remember correctly, this version was first done by Frank Delima. Research time, here I come!
I am going to have to change the title as I listed it. I believe it is Filipino Christmas. Unfortunately, I do not have RealPlayer installed & the sample format is RMP. I do not like their snooping.
Filipino or hawaiian its funny all the same
Belinda
I finally found the true source & title of this song. The story behind it is now linked on the title. The song was ‘copyrighted in 1959 by Eaton “Bob” Magoon Jr.’s Hawaiian Recording and Publishing Co. Listed as its authors were composer/real estate developer Magoon, actor/singer Ed Kenney and Gordon Phelps, then Magoon’s assistant.’
It has been one of my local favorites, since I grew up listening to it!
Hmm that was very odd… I SAID that 3 dried squid would now be a permanent part of our Christmas tradition. Many hugs to you Pikake!
ALOHA…..HA HA HA HA !!! How cute… thank you for the laughter !!! Many hugs, Rose
Cute!
